Terms of Service

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

1.3 You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

1.4 You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying or distributing any part of the Services without written permission.
• Using the Services to transmit any data or material that is illegal, fraudulent, or invasive of privacy.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Using the Services to distribute malware or other harmful code.

2.2 We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these terms.

3.1 The Services and all of their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3.2 You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

4.1 Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post.

4.2 By posting content on our Services, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our Services.

4.3 You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you post or have the right to use it and grant us the rights mentioned above.
• The posting of your content on or through our Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

5.1 We offer both free and paid Services. By selecting a paid Service, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service.

5.2 We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processors in addition to these Terms.

5.3 Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

6.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

6.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account within the application settings.

7.1 The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

8.2 In no event will our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the last six months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars ($100).

9.1 We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect.

9.2 By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
